These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and isport3 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the isport3 website, mobile platform and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the isport3 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed immediately, and all associated balances, bonuses and pending withdrawals will be forfeited.
You are required to provide complete, accurate and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name as per your MyKad or passport, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. isport3 will not be held liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by the Member.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. isport3 will treat all transactions carried out under your account as authorised by you. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
As part of our anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations, isport3 may require you to complete a KYC verification process. Documents typically requested include a copy of your national identification card (MyKad), proof of address (e.g. a recent utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Processing of withdrawals may be suspended until KYC requirements are fully satisfied.

isport3 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, fraud investigation or bonus wagering requirement fulfilment.
All account balances are held and displayed in MYR unless a cryptocurrency wallet is selected. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit. isport3 is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.
All bets placed on the isport3 Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, odds and stake — before confirming any wager. isport3 will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described in Section 5.3 below.
Odds offered on the isport3 sportsbook are subject to change at any time up until the moment a bet is confirmed. In the event of a manifest error in odds (for example, where odds are clearly displayed incorrectly due to a system error), isport3 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and return stakes to the Member's account.
A bet may be declared void, and the original stake returned, in the following circumstances:
Live in-play betting is offered on selected events. Due to the dynamic nature of live markets, there may be brief delays in accepting bets during critical match moments. isport3 employs automated feeds and reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time. Connection issues on the Member's side do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation.
isport3 applies maximum payout limits on a per-event and per-sport basis. Maximum win limits are displayed within the relevant market on the sportsbook interface. Any winnings exceeding the stated limit will be paid at the maximum limit only.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional rewards offered by isport3 are subject to specific terms that accompany each promotion. In all cases, the following general conditions apply unless explicitly stated otherwise:
Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g. 20x, 30x) will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Certain game types — including but not limited to low-margin table games and certain slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or be excluded entirely from wagering requirement calculations.

Any Member found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonus winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the isport3 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:
All content on the isport3 Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and game content — is the exclusive property of isport3 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works of any content without the prior written consent of isport3.
The isport3 name, logo and all associated marks are the trademarks of isport3. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, isport3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. isport3 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability or completeness of the Platform or any content thereon.
isport3 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, use, storage and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference.
By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, using your data for account management, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations, and the improvement of our services.
isport3 will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. All data processing is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

You may close your isport3 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with active bonus funds at the time of closure will have those bonus balances forfeited.
isport3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have:
In cases of termination for cause, isport3 may withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, such funds may be reported to and held for the relevant authorities.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which isport3 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory authority.
You agree that any legal proceedings brought against isport3 shall be conducted on an individual basis only. Class actions or collective proceedings against isport3 are expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
isport3 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before they take effect. Where changes are required by law or regulation, they may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
